Processing time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Most orders are processed as soon as possible, however please allow processing time up to 3 days during periods of high volume. Custom Hey Dude and Cowhide Sandals processing and shipping time is 2-4 weeks.
International Shipping:
Yes! We offer international shipping. Simply select this option at checkout.
Tracking Questions:
Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.
Package Not "Delivered":
If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, there are a few things you can do prior to contacting us. 1. Reach out to your neighbors, roommate, spouse, etc. 2. If all else fails, contact your local post office and file a claim. You may email us about this and we can discuss options, however please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS system and we will do the best we can to help.
USPS Lost Package:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where USPS or UPS have lost or damaged a package. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at sales@southernmadegems.com if this occurs with your order.
